All my items are carefully made and inspected when packaged. If you should receive a damaged item, please feel free to contact me. A refund will be issued after receiving a photo of the damaged item.
The shipping cost is non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for custom or personalized orders. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
